RUDDY PAWS STORY
Welcome to Ruddy Paws My name is Christine and I am an ex operating department practitioner with a life long passion for animals. I have a beautiful very friendly King Charles Cavalier called Odie and Rollie a beautiful Sprocker they love to play with other dogs. I have 5 years experience in home dog boarding.
I offer a dog home boarding and daycare service, and we also offer Private hire of our Secure Field perfect for dogs with anxiety around other dogs, we're in the beautiful location of Rudyard. I am certified in pet first aid level 2 which includes CPR training. 1 have also completed a Course in Dog Care level 2. I am fully insured and DBS checked, and licensed with the Staffordshire Moorlands council.
OUR PROCESS
Meet and Greet
Before home boarding or daycare can be booked a compulsory free meet and greet is required. This process allows you and your dog to meet us and for us to assess your specific needs and suitability of service. Documentation required for the meet and greet-
1. Vaccinations card with evidence of up to date boosters.
2. Microchip details.
3. Pet insurance (if applicable).
Familiarisation Stay
Following a successful meet and greet, a familiarisation stay is required. This allows your dog to become familiar with us and our home and gives them assurance that this is a fun place to be and for anxious dogs they know that you will return for them. This is normally done for either over a day for daycare or a day and night for home boarding.
Booking Process
Once a successful familiarisation has happened your furry friend is ready for home boarding stays or day care. Booking is done on a first come first served basis. To book, contact Christine via the WhatsApp link on this page.
